PCB Dimensional
Checking and Sorting

MHSC

The MHSC machine is efficient, fast, and reliable automated inspection, measurement, and sorting of depaneled PCBAs. It has an advanced tray handling system and an automated Vision system that inspects PCBA images based on their dimensions and other criteria. The machine has an inverted SCARA that accurately performs high-speed transfer of inspected PCBs to the output trays or locations assigned for sorted-out units.

SSD Functional
Test Handler
KEPLER

Kepler is a fully automated high speed SSD functional test handler. High speed insertion and removal to DUT is achieved through RPT and batch insertion technology developed by Getech. Single SSD insertion and removal is available for exception process flows. After testing, the SSDs are binned to dynamically configured bin trays. Kepler can integrate Advantest and Neosem testers. The test module is flexible and expandable based on testing time. Minimum configuration is optimized for 0.7hours test time and close to 100% tester utilization. Throughput of machine is 550UPH. Kepler can be converted to handle all industry SSD form factors. Kepler interface to testers through SECS/GEM Semicon industry standard protocols and processes. Kepler comply with GEM300 processes.

and Test

SSDFD

Getech provides high volume manufacturing automation solutions for SSD industry. SSDFD is a standalone fully automated system to download firmware and test.

SSDFD uses same testers for all form factor SSDs. Drives are tracked through Drive Serial Number. Drives are processed lot by lot. Processed SSD are sorted to 2-BIN trays based on test test results.
