Single / Double Sided assemblies with Through Hole technology can be soldered using the Wave Soldering machine in conjunction with the product specific Selective / Non Selective Wave Pallet. Wave solder pallets, fixtures and tooling will stand up to lead free requirements and optimize your wave solder process, assisting you in maximizing your yields and improving your overall process reliability.

TOP CATCH

It is Special design tools which are used to Press the PCB from Top Side on the wave soldering Pallet. It’s ensuring that, the through hole components does not leave its position because of the flow of wave and unified soldering joints is formed on the components. Top Catch has special clamps which are fixed in to the selective wave Pallets

Carrier for thin PCB

It is a special design for tablet PC and smart phones. 3 step assemblies during printing, pick & place as well as reflow soldering, to give full support, prevent shaking and prevent components floating & shifting.
 

Elastic Pin Carrier

It is standard design for PCB, which thickness between 0.5 to 1.5mm. 2 fixed pins and 2

spring loaded pins to hold PCB in place for screen printing, pick &place, and reflow. The carrier also can increase output while using panel design.

routing pallet/fixture

Routing Fixture is specially developed for the PCB Routing Machine, using high strength Aluminium alloy sheet with Top Cover to ensure that PCB alignment and position of router bit as per the requirement. Routing Fixture can be help to cut the PCB with V-groove line and routing Tabs. This fixture provides proper support to PCB with the locating PIN and locking mechanism. In Top Cover for smaller components protection can be provide by using ESD foam.

Elastic Pin Carrier

Inspection template are used as an effective tool for the quality control during PCB production. The special material employed here have good tenacity, high tensile strength and do not effect the components. And can gain a level of accuracy even on small components
