PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PVA’s IR2000 utilizes infrared panels to efficiently cure adhesives and coatings in a controlled, heated environment.

The IR2000 is available in 4’, 8’, 12’, and 16’ curing lengths in single or double-sided configurations. The IR2000 offers custom heat profiling in each two foot section. Each infrared panel is constructed of coated stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The IR2000 has many integrated features including:

  • Edge carrying, variable speed pin chain conveyor

  • Rail expansion compensation

  • SMEMA communication protocol

  • Allen Bradley Micro Logix PLC controller

  • OIT touch panel with display screen

  • Four-inch top and bottom side component clearance

  • Humidity and CO2 presence optional

  • Thermocouple process control with independent over

  • Temperature protection

Spectra features Fusion® UV lamps by Heraeus to initiate fast ultraviolet light polymerization of adhesives and coatings in an efficient inline process.  Various beam widths are available to accommodate a wide range of substrate dimensions.
